Office Depot? Brand Tabbed Sheet Protectors, 8-Tab, Clear 3.3 5 7 7
Extremely useful They are being used to protect prayer sheets for use in my Church and are easy to use. January 20, 2015
FINALLY! Someone finally made page protectors with tabs that extend beyond the traditional page protectors! I was so sick of creating a dynamic portfolio for a presentation to only have the section dividers buried between the pages! As my daughter would say...this rocks! Because Office got the drop on Avery labels/tabs there is currently no compatible template that I can see; this is the only con. You will need to follow Office Depot instructions precisely for setting up to print your tabs. Open your word doc and create tabs/labels and follow the margins, pitch, etc. exactly and it will come out fabulously. Awesome work Office Depot!! December 22, 2014
Useful tabs that stick out past sheet protectors Finally found some tabs that stick out past page protectors! I liked the cover sheet option I could do for each tab sheet. These tabs are different than regular tabs. To label the tabs, you fill out a "tab sheet" that goes in the very back, after the last tab. The titles will be centered underneath each tab area, so as you look down at your binder, you will see the corresponding title showing through its tab. If you follow the "tab sheet" instructions closely, you will be successful. I am taking off one star, because the Microsoft Word formatting instructions are a little out of date (you can still figure it out) and the package is not labeled clearly enough to help you figure out the "tab sheet" option. Filled a long overdue need I do considerable genealogical research. Many of my printouts and documents are placed into sheet protectors. The usual indexes do not protrude far enough beyond the protected documents to be visible or effective. Having a sheet protector that had a tab attached is quite innovative. I'm glad that I saw this product used in the research of a friend (lives out of state), and I was able to purchase this item on-line and pick it up at the store (no shipping cost). In my friend's state, the protectors are sold in the retail stores. That's all right, I don't mind picking them up; the distance to the store is not that far from my home; I combine the trip with other purchases. April 6, 2013
