Paper Mate InkJoy? 300 RT Retractable Pens, Medium Point, 1.0 mm, Clear Barrels, Assorted Ink Colors, Pack Of 24
Pens falling apart
I barely started using the pens and they are already falling apart. I can't even use one of the black ones because the top keeps popping off.

The pen comes apart then you can't write with it even IF you do get it back together. It doesn't stay. Awful!

I Like It!
I used to be stuck on the Bic Soft Feel retractable because the barrel was just the right thickness for me to comfortably hold, but I was looking for a pen with brown ink. Many years ago I used brown ink almost exclusively and I've wanted to go back to that. Bic doesn't offer brown as a choice.
Also, being a lefty makes the pen you use more of a challenge. Your hand literally rubs over what you've just written. If the ink isn't dry, then things get smudged. That doesn't happen with the Ink Joy.
The barrel on the Ink Joy is just the right size for me to hold (I've had surgery on my wrist, so I don't have a lot of strength in my hand# and its not top heavy like a stick pen. You can take the cap off of a stick pen, but then when you set it down, it rolls away, very annoying. These things matter when you do a lot of writing.
I love the choice of colors, but it would be nice if you didn't have to buy 24 pens just to get 2 brown ones. Some friends will be getting gifts of pens since I know I won't be able to use all of them.
P.S. One of the dark green pens lasted 2 sentences. So far the one brown pen has lasted 2 months and is going strong #bite my tongue).

A waste of money
I bought these because they are PaperMate, but most of them went straight to the trash can and the few that are still here are on the way because they don't work well. I do realize they have a coating on the tip which has to be removed so that is not the issue.
They are very poor quality and not worth buying.
