Post-It Easel Pads Made Better! As if the Post-It easel pads weren't already fantastic for capturing and sharing information effectively in a meeting setting, 3M improved the pads by creating a landscape version, giving the note-taker more room on each line, an reducing the need to hunch down while writing. At my workplace, we use these frequently and recommend them to everyone! December 28, 2011
Easel Pads I got these Post It landscape Easel pads for my grandkids to express themselves... I love them and they do too!!! Using their artistic talents we now have beautiful artwork scattered throughout our home... Being a Post It product makes hanging so easy.. I highly recommend these.. May 27, 2011
Great Product I work in an office where we go through a LOT of these pads. We have tried generic and other brands here and there and always come back to these. They tear easily and clean, they stick to walls/windows well, and rarely leak through. April 2, 2011
Number One I love the overall quality of the Postit Easel Pads and their ability to go from an easel to any surface without adhisive tape needed. My presentations in any invierment can be shown in a very professional manor from any job site. I also like the ability to use this product without any worry of the paper bleeding through or the pad not holding up and bending over. December 14, 2010

  • 1. Unlocking answers by asking questions

The best ideas are often solutions to a bigger problem. The Five Whys method delves into the truths of a situation to unlock responses that can transform challenges into creative opportunities.

Whether you're in a group or simply brainstorming by yourself, The Five Whys approach is a simple and effective way to explore the root cause of a problem and develop relevant solutions.

    1. 2. Write down the problem

Describe it in simple terms.  This will help you and your team focus on the task at hand.

Use these Post-it(R) items for this exercise.

      1. 3. Ask why the problem happens

Have each person in your session capture his/her why on a Post-it® Note.

        1. 4. Share

Share and group which why’s are similar and/or worthy of deeper consideration.

          1. 5. Examine your selections

Could there be another cause beneath it that is contributing to the problem?
If so, ask “why?” again and record your answer.
            1. 6. Continue these steps until the root problem is identified

We suggest doing the exercise at least five times but your situation may call for more or less.
