Cardinal Vertical 3-Ring Easel Binder, 1 Rings, 3-Ring, 40% Recycled, Black 5 5 1 1
Hard-to-Find Binders Found I could not locate easel-type binders that sit vertically ("portrait" format) for some time, but they have reappeared at Office Depot. I use them for recipes in sheet protectors--storing the recipes and displaying them on the kitchen counter so I can see them easily while I cook. The 1-inch thickness is better than the older 2-inch thickness, which was a bit unwieldy for this use and led to more wear on the vinyl. They might also be handy for laboratories and other places where procedures need to be handy while they are being used. October 5, 2013
