Worked fine, extra pressure on envelope seemed to do the trick but again, sealer was sometimes not holding with normal closing pressure.
I will look at other envelopes next year.

Rated 1 out of 5by FishingJoseph Moved windows & changed window sizes
We had the same problem as quite a few people on this thread. Basically had used them for a while and suddenly the window location and sizes changed. Details on the box were wrong and everything.
Fortunately we just got out the game of printing and mailing, we switched over to Trypaper, and in less than a day our in house IT guy was able to have them print and mail stuff for us. No more changing envelopes for the most part.
Hopefully they'll bring back the old envelopes at some point, my church had the same problem :/

I am very frustrated. I bought a box of these checks possibly a year ago. when I went back to purchase the same box (Item # was the same), someone thought it would be a good idea to make the return window larger. Now if I try to mail a computer check in these envelopes, the amount of the check appears in the window. This messes up hundreds of people who use #10 window double window envelopes for mailing checks for multiple companies. PLEASE FIX THIS DESIGN FLAW!

Rated 1 out of 5by OfficeMgr424 Good envelope- but false measurements
On the box it shows envelope size as 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" and window sizes as Top: 1" x 3-1/2" and Bottom 1-1/8" x 4". That was true when I originally bought these envelopes, which was about a year or two ago, but not anymore. I just purchased them again last month #Jan2014# and the box still states the same item# and measurements, but they are false.
I've listed the old & new envelope measurements below. In case this may help you decide whether this envelope will work for your needs. I happen to be able to still use these envelopes #thankfully#, because I use them for invoices. I just have to change my folds. I'm still giving it a bad rating because the measurements on the box are false. If the measurements were accurate, I would give this item a good review. Plus, I believe if the manufacturer is going to change the measurements, they should give it a new item#. It's misleading otherwise.
OLD ENVELOPE MEASUREMENTS:
Overall: 4-1/8" x 9-1/2"
Top margin #from top of envelope to top of first window#: 5/8"
Left margin: 1/2"
Top window: 1" x 3-1/2"
Middle margin #between two windows#: 9/16"
Bottom window: 1-1/8" x 4"
Bottom margin: 3/4"
NEW ENVELOPE MEASUREMENTS:
Overall 4-1/8" x 9-7/16"
Top margin #from top of envelope to top of first window#: 13/16"
Left margin: 3/8"
Top window: 1-1/4" x 3-1/2"
Middle margin #between two windows#: 1/2"
Bottom window: 1" x 4"
Bottom margin: 1/2"
