Rapid S30 Press Less? Desk Stapler, Black/Red
Worked Great... until it stopped working!
At first, this stapler met all of my expectations. It's quiet, easily stapled up to 30 sheets with the press of one finger, and reduced the pile height of the left corner, taking up less space in my file cabinet. However, after about 3 months of use, it is useless! can't even staple two sheets of paper together. It started with the ends not bending properly, then the staple kept getting stuck in the bottom bender, now it bends the staple all kind of crazy ways that does not secure paper in any way. For the price, it is VERY disappointing. Moving on to something better!

Great for larger stacks
The stapler claims to staple up to 30 pages. Is great for larger stacks that a regular stapler cannot handle. Have had this stapler for over a year with no problems.

Office Depot...we have a problem!
I purchased 2 of these staplers for our office. In less than 2 months the first one started to catch. Soon to follow, the 2nd one cracked when stapling less than 10 pages. Other reviews were correct in that the staples would not penetrate just a few papers. I loved not having to pick up the stapler to use it and not having to "slam" it to staple. But those features did not last longer than the first 2 month. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Try A Different Product
This stapler is truly useless. It claims to be able to staple 45 pages using standard staples. Since I brought it to work, it has been an exercise in frustration. Staples frequently fail to penetrate even into a 20 page stack of standard copy paper. For $40 dollars, I expected to get something that at least stapled as well as a standard off-brand junk stapler. I will be purchasing an actual heavy-duty clunky stapler rather than try to squeeze extra duty out of a regular stapler. Very disappointing...
