Decent, but has a poor lift mechanism
My office provided this chair to me. I'm right at the weight limit (350lbs) and 5'11", and the seat is quite roomy. It gets a little uncomfortable after about 4-6 hours of sitting, but I haven't met a chair that didn't. Just get up and stretch regularly, and you should be fine.
However, even though I've only had this chair for 9 months, it already needs to be replaced.
This is for three reasons:
1. The lift mechanism no longer functions. It began gradually lowering as I sat within three months of me using the chair, and now no longer keeps the chair up at all. Relatedly, the chair occasionally feels a little wobbly.
2. The buttons on the leather can catch on clothing and pull out. This has happened to three buttons--two in the seat and one in the back. In each case, the button caught on something, began to detach, and now can't be put back into place. This doesn't really affect comfort, but is a bit of an eyesore.
3. The seat cushion gradually compacts over time.
So, if you're at or near the weight limit, this may not be a good chair for you. All that being said, it's an attractive chair, and if you're under 300lbs, you'll probably like it.

Small issues
The threads started to unravel within the first month. The replacement came in with a bump to the wood exposing it. The plastic on the base of the chair unglued in box.

Great chair
It's quite big and hard to put together. But it's probably one of the best chairs I have had (especially for this price). Highly recommend!
