Nice looking chair
I bought this chair about two weeks ago. The only problem I have found is that I feel like I am setting with a slight tilt.to the left and the padding is not thick enough.
It is a very good looking chair and is very big..

Best chair I've purchased so far!!
I'm 6'1" and 260'ish. Its hard for me to find a chair that's sturdy and comfortable. I first saw this chair and sat in it at a local Office Depot. I was going to buy it that day but they were out of stock. An employee told me I could order it on line and have it delivered to my home with free shipping.
I've since ordered a second office chair on line. I ordered the 2nd chair by 2pm in the afternoon and it was delivered by 9am the next day.
I will be buying most of my home office supplies on line or in an Office Depot store.

Lift is Broken and Seat Flat
I have used my chair consistently now for about 4 months. The lift does not work as of last week. The chair remains in the lowest position and I can not raise the height of the chair. Also the seat cushion foam has flatten out. I went back to the store and tried the chair in store and that foam is flat too. I guess the foam quality is just low on the chair. I was pleased that the store clerk provided me with a replacement lift. That was very nice, but I now can not get the chair apart to replace it. Will load the chair in the car to get help from the store. I have put a pillow in the chair for comfort, but must get the lift replaced as the chair is too low now.

Should have been great but ...
Checked 3 chairs in this model at the store - two right out of the box.
All 3 had the following problems:
(1) The metal blade that attaches the seat back to the seat were installed at an angle that creates an automatically tilted seating experience. It's built-in and under the upholstery so there's no way to fix it.
(2) the flimsy post has too much give - you sort of rattle around in the otherwise very comfortable chair. It feels 'unsteady'.
Sort of thing you would expect in an $80 sec chair, not a higher end chair like this.
