Style@Work by Thomasville Carlton Executive Big & Tall Bonded Leather Chair, Espresso/Versailles Cherry
What a piece of junk
Takes two to assemble since one must pull/stabilize to get arm screws into alignment with the socket. Does not have back tilt feature. Padding OK but not THAT great for the money. Looks nice but I didn't buy it to look at it. Got it on sale for $259 with a free floor mat and even at the sale price with a free mat I would NOT recommend this chair.

Garbage quality for the price
This chair design is bad. Let me start with the metal back-plate that attaches tot he backrest. This thing is felt through the leather and creates an uncomfortable feeling when trying to sit back on the chair. The lean is dependent on your swivel-direction as the feet were assembled unevenly, giving you a lop-sided feel to it. This chair has little to no lumbar support which is starting to give me back spasms.
Don't get me started on the arms. The arms are wobbly and refuse to stay seated. The right arm pops off at least once a day and I keep the hex driver handy with me on my desk to tighten the arms every hour or so. This chair felt so solid on the showroom floor I'm aghast that it's such substandard quality. Thankfully I have the warranty, which will be used pretty soon if this thing keeps falling apart on me like it is.

Overall nice chair
Pros- Its a nice chair the wood no doubt looks better then plastic.
Cons- Arms are kind of bulky and high. They will bump the desk when you turn to the side.
