Efficient Design Maximizes Space and Product PerformanceThe APC P74 Surge Protector offers seven standard outlets, including one specially spaced to allow a large transformer plug without covering the other connections. Sliding covers prevent dust from settling inside the unit and degrading performance over time, and a 4-foot power cord gives you the flexibility to store your P74 wherever it fits best, even if it's not right next to your equipment.
IEEE Voltage Let-Through Rating of 330 Volts
Boasting an IEEE let-through rating of 330 volts, the P74 Surge Protector is designed to prevent more than 330 volts of electricity from reaching your equipment. Since higher let-through can increase the risk of damage to your electronics, this rating indicates that less voltage may strain and hinder the performance of your system.
LED Lights Provide Advance WarningThe P74 has three LED lights that indicate potential compromised protection in advance. The site wiring fault light lets you know whether improper building wiring may present a shock hazard. The overcurrent detection indicator warns you that too much current is flowing through the P74 for it to provide adequate surge protection. And the protection working light lets you know, before and after a surge event, whether the unit is still functioning as intended.
Lifetime Warranty and Equipment Protection PolicyThis surge protector is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This product also comes with a lifetime equipment protection policy of up to $25,000. APC will repair or replace office equipment that sustains surge-related damage while properly connected to a registered P74 Surge Protector.
