I purchased three of these dispensers. My son has only the use of one arm, so it was a perfect solution for him. Unfortunately two stopped working and the third is now dripping. I am not impressed. Elaine Lapointe

Rated 1 out of 5by QAKUJS dispenses when lights go out
I have bought multiple of these but consistently have the problem where when I turn out the lights the dispenser begins to automatically dispense soap repeatedly until I turn the lights back on or turn the machine off. I have being leaving the machine turned off and just turn them on when I need to use soap, which in the end proves to be more work and more unsanitary then the purpose of the device. Because of these flaws I give the device a very low grade.

Rated 1 out of 5by FXBOSW Soap dispenser - dispensing at random
One of our dispensers insists on dispensing soap whenever it feels like it. When the bathroom light is turned off it will dispense soap two more times which causes a LOT of soap mess on the counter as well as the cost for loss of soap. We have been dealing with this for a long time and I've just gotten into the habit of turning the soap off after it is used; however the next person will then need to turn it on which defeats the purpose of the "No touch" soap dispenser.

We have 3 of the no-touch dispensers. All 3 stopped functioning correctly just this past week. After reading the below comments, I cleaned the sensors and now 2 of the 3 are functioning correctly again. Thank you. However, the 3rd unit simply won't function after cleaning the sensor and replacing the batteries. I'm open to any additional ideas.
