KellyREST? Copy Holder, Black 3.3 5 3 3
copy stand Well designed, easy to assemble. the only drawback is the clips are very stiff and hopefully will get better with use. December 23, 2013
Just eh. I really like the concept of this copy holder, but I feel like I'm missing something with it. It came with a base, a paper tray, place holder, and pen holder. However, on the back side of the paper tray, there are several slots and places with clips that make you think there should be something to attach to them??! The assembly sheet that came with this stand is oddly confusing, but assembly is pretty simple so you don't really need the instructions. I'm keeping it, but I still think I'm missing parts? Or at the very least, instructions on what to do with all the slots and clips on the back. July 19, 2013
Looks Can Be Deceiving I noticed this copy holder in cream and saw that it also came in black. I was excited when I read the description of the item because I needed a holder that could handle longer paper. The cream color holder indicated it could hold legal and 11x17 sized paper - exactly what I was looking for. The dimensions of the holder even indicated it was on the longer side and would therefore have a larger surface area for larger documents. Positive things I can sayis that the holder is definitely sturdy. The pen holder and place keeper are handy and easy to use. However, let's be clear in the description... while it can hold legal and 11x17 sized paper, you can not utilize the place keeper in doing so. The paper will hang off the bottom of the holder. This holder is clearly made for 8x11 sized documents to take advantage of the place keeper and pen holder. The curved design of this holder does not really work with larger paper. Also, the clip on the top of this holder, while it seems to have a bit of resistance when opening, does not hold more than 10 sheets of larger sized paper without wanting to slip out of the clip. Again, this is due to the length of the actual holder itself (it is made to hold 8x11 sized paper). I have no doubt the clip could hold 3 times that amount of 8x11 sized sheets of paper. I am disappointed in the product and might have to resort to using the rigged up $5 stand I originally was using. If you will be using this with 8x11 sized paper, I would highly recommend this product. It has a lot of neat features and looks cool. However, if you're looking for something that can hold larger sized sheets of paper, look elsewhere because I don't believe this product will work for you. April 25, 2013
