OK Price, So So Performance
The power from this UPS is dirty and doesn't work with a lot of electronics. If you just need a UPS to power something that can take dirty power than it will work fine. I could not get this thing to work with a simple 12v transformer, the power was too dirty. Overall an average UPS, in the future I'm going to have to get a nicer one with cleaner power. You get what you pay for and this is a value UPS.

Should be CyberPowerLESS
This thing is brand new and I got it from Office Depot and I am taking the cruddy thing back first thing tomorrow. I have practically nothing plugged in and even though it has been charging for over 8 hours, which is the recommended charge time, it shut off completely by itself! No battery backup AT ALL! My computer, monitor and internet, all plugged into the battery backup part, all shut off! I got this thing to PROTECT from surges and save my hard drive from being messed up by power outages and here this thing goes and shuts off by itself!? The instructions say that if that happens, unplug something and turn it back on?? What is this surge protector/battery backup for then if I have to unplug everything!? So it's going back and I am spending a little but more on a much better unit. I will never buy cyberpowerLESS products ever again!

Warranty void if used with extension cord
This is a good product for the price. However, the warranty is void if it is connected to any kind of an extension cord, even a surge protector. Unless you can use it within 6 ft of a wall outlet, (This includes going up and over desk walls etc. which I forgot about) then it is best not to plan on using the warranty. My regular surge protector cord is 9 ft long which is what I should have looked for in a power supply.

Mixed up part numbers
According to the product description (Staples 774282 and CyberPower #CP425G) this is a 6 outlet UPS with PC interface. What you get is an 8 outlet UPS WITHOUT computer interface.
