I read the only review on this product, but bought it anyway ? for several reasons. First, the complaint that it did not recline is ridiculous. The product description does not say it does ? so why ding it for a feature it does not say it has. Second, the reviewer said the chair was flimsy. While I had not actually seen/touched/sat in the chair (not available at my local store), I already owned the mid-back version for several years and was quite satisfied with it. My only complaint about the mid-back was that the back was not as high as I wanted it ? the reason I was buying the high back version in the first place. I never found the mid-back version flimsy and it has held up quite nicely.
I just received the high back today and have been sitting in it for a few hours. Feels like I am sitting in the mid-back. Except that the back is higher. About the only complaint that I might have is that the back is not quite as high as I might like it to be. It could do with a few more inches. The reason I focus so much on the height is that I like to sit at my computer and listen to music or podcasts through my head phones, and like to sit back while I do so. The mid-back made this very difficult ? without slouching way down in the chair. I will still have to slouch a little bit to do so in the high back, but it is not bad.
Other than that, the chair is comfortable and solid. The leather on the mid-back has held up well and I expect the high back to do the same. The cushioning on the mid-back has held up well, and I also expect the high back cushioning to hold up too.
Don?t get me wrong ? it is not a great chair. Not fancy leather, not heavy duty supports. Not, in other words, a thousand dollar leather chair. It is what it is ? a $400 leather chair. Mid-range ? Mid priced. A chair that will be solid and dependable for years.

I bought two of these are returned them immediately. I actually like their chair I bought for $35 ($50 retail - $15 work life rewards coupon. I liked that chair a little bit better than this chair that costs $325. A chair for $325 should be able to handle more weight and recline.
