easel is good but clips are not I have owned five of these easels for about a year. After 6 months I started to notice clip failure. Now every one of the easels are missing the support clips and as of today I still have not been able to find any replacement clips. You would think Quartet would have addressed this problem by now. Sturdy Easel! We have three of these easels that we use. One of the brackets has broken as they are only plastic, however the company quickly stood behind their product and took care of the problem and replaced the broken part for us. Thank you! September 18, 2014
Support Clips Break Very Easily I purchase seven of these units for use at our school. The first time we used them, the clips on three of the units broke... before we could even put the poster board on them. Cheap... cheap.. cheap... DO NOT BUY. September 17, 2014
Plastic supports to hold materials break I ordered several of these in hopes to use them many times for displaying materials at events, shows, meetings, etc. Most of the easels are now in the garbage after only a couple (at most) uses. Nearly all the plastic supports that hold materials broke very quickly. In most cases, simply moving them into position to hold items was enough for the back to snap. Disappointing to say the least.
