A Classroom Neccesity My easel is the "go to" place for my students to view assignments since I do not have a whiteboard in my classroom. Daily schedules, projects due and group assignments can be posted easily and saved for future use. Group activities and collaborating is easy with the large paper size and can easily be hung around the room for sharing. October 15, 2014
Perfect for Meetings! Use these at every meeting. Great to write on, tear off and post around the room for everyone to see and review your notes. Great product. Thanks Post-it! May 22, 2014
Presentation Huge presentation in board room had to get info to attendees, every one of the post it easel pad notes stayed in place perfectly and held until every last person wrote down their notes! September 15, 2012
Post It Easel Boards are fabulous! During our sales meeting we came up with a lot of cool ideas that we jotted down on the Post It Easel board. We wanted these ideas to be visible to all attendees as we continued the meeting, and this product made that very easy to do. Instead of flipping to a new page, we were able to remove the sheet from the board and post it to a wall while we continued collecting ideas on a new sheet. I recommend this product wholeheartedly! • 1. Unlocking answers by asking questions

The best ideas are often solutions to a bigger problem. The Five Whys method delves into the truths of a situation to unlock responses that can transform challenges into creative opportunities.

Whether you're in a group or simply brainstorming by yourself, The Five Whys approach is a simple and effective way to explore the root cause of a problem and develop relevant solutions.

    1. 2. Write down the problem

Describe it in simple terms.  This will help you and your team focus on the task at hand.

Use these Post-it(R) items for this exercise.

      1. 3. Ask why the problem happens

Have each person in your session capture his/her why on a Post-it® Note.

        1. 4. Share

Share and group which why’s are similar and/or worthy of deeper consideration.

          1. 5. Examine your selections

Could there be another cause beneath it that is contributing to the problem?
If so, ask “why?” again and record your answer.
            1. 6. Continue these steps until the root problem is identified

We suggest doing the exercise at least five times but your situation may call for more or less.
