Won't spool The tape will not spool back onto the roll, so you end up with a useless product. I had to throw away every one of them before they were gone because of this. There were 4 that I didn't even use any of before they messed up. March 7, 2014

The tape head became tangled and I tried to separate it...messed it up totally! Found I could open the case but now I can't seem to thread the unused tape correctly so that the white tape adheres to paper. Pls. help! Thank you.

It is possible to re-thread the tape but it will not work correctly. Once the tape is taken apart the spring is loosened and will not work correctly.
