Prismacolor? Col-Erase? Pencils, Carmine Red, Box Of 12 3 5 4 4
This is NOT a multi colored package of pencils My error going back and forth looking for multi colored pencils with erasers but they show multi colors in the box and it's a box of 12 RED pencils. December 15, 2014
Red Lining In the Classroom As a teacher, I do not use red for grading but for identifying key concepts, etc. on students work. The carmine red is easy to spot and the pencils last a LOT longer than red pens or markers. September 8, 2014
Great Red Pencil This is a great product. I work in the construction industry and make lots of notes with these. The lead is strong and sharpens easily with my electric sharpener. These are much better than the Ticonderoga pencils, which I've purchased in the past - the lead on those is too soft sand breaks easily. I've never broken the lead on these Prismacolor pencils, and they last a long time. I just wish that the erasers lasted as long, I seem to use it up halfway through the pencil (guess I need to make less changes). Even my subs have complimented me on these pencils. My only con is that they don't erase completely, but I think that's standard with red pencils. November 22, 2013
Avoid these I purposely didn't buy the Ticonderoga pencils because the review on them was bad. Unfortunately, the Col-Erase are no better and I ended up spending a little more money on them. Took forever to sharpen to get it to a point, by the time it was a point half the pencil was gone!! October 8, 2012
