Piece of Junk
Don't buy into the fancy advertising. Bet you saw an ad for this in SkyMall ?? It uses a single CENTRALLY placed paper feed wheel with no other lateral supports. What's that add up to? A crooked paper feed and consistently jammed scan sessions. Usually this will happen on your 23rd or so page, after you sat there forever doing some sort of dance hoping it would go through this time..."Just one more page!! I think it's going to work this time...Awww Maaaan!! You waste of $400!!!!!" Well, that's what I keep hearing in our office anyway (from the users of the 3 scanners we bought). Don't buy it. Check out the Fujitsu competition.

not what I expected
When I purchased this product I believe this would increase the productive in my office from the traditional all in one but it just slowed everything down. It gets jammed easily and doesn't give a clear picture after it scan I return it back to the store for a full refund. I let a commercial influence me again.

Absolute Junk!
The concept is good, and the software is pretty decent, but the hardware is awful. The jam rate is over 75%. I don't dare feed an original document into it, because the odds are it will be destroyed. I've got less than 100 pages scanned, and as of today it's going in the garbage.

Not as good as I expected
I've been pretty disappointed with this scanner. We mostly scan 8.5 x 11 page documents. The scanner feeds the pages through crooked about 99% of the time. The paper guide seems to be too wide, with no way to adjust it. It's very frustrating and I'll most likely be returning the scanner and getting something else.
