Working on my new desk right now. Looks really nice. Fairly easy to put together.

This Desk is very nice for the price and I was able to put the desk together by myself. The process would be smoother if two people put it together, but I had to do it by myself and I am a small (petite) woman and I was able to do it and it looks GREAT!! Would definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone considering!! Very Happy with my purchase!!

Thanks for the Metalworking Challenge!
The short version: Desk: good. Service: bad.
Once assembled, this desk is a solid, modern, good-looking piece of furniture. It is sturdy and reasonable quality for the price. But... if something goes wrong, support isn't able to help quickly.
In the end, I've found that the lamination on the keyboard tray is poor and peeling off and the whole desk is a little tall for my taste. Otherwise it looks good and is solid.
Many have mentioned the instructions as lacking. I agree. Specifically, the instructions said only the included Allen (hex) wrench (a 4 mm for those interested) and a #2 Phillips screwdriver are required for assembly. In fact, I needed those tools along with a cordless drill, a set of step drills, various files, an air compressor, a die grinder, some spare steel, a MIG welder, and an extra hour to get mine assembled in anything less than seven days.
Because, you see, the factory shipped me two right legs (part "E") and no left legs (part "F"). And I had to modify the holes (make one side smaller and one side bigger) on one of the duplicate legs to make it work or wait for 5-6 days for a replacement to arrive because the customer service person at the 800 number on the manual doesn't understand how expedited shipping works.
Thankfully, I enjoy metal-working as a hobby and so I had all those tools just a few feet from my home office where I was assembling this desk. If you don't happen to have a metal shop nearby, good luck waiting for the UPS truck for another week.
In the end, I enjoyed the challenge (modified some old 1/2" washers, welded them over the large holes, filed them flat on one edge to accommodate the glass top, then used a step drill to open the holes on the opposite side), but really would have rather just assembled my desk and gotten to work.

Great Desk but...
Purchased these desk for an office environment and they look really nice and are higher quality than expected. I love everything about them EXCEPT for the fact that they have no drawers or storage areas. I could have researched the product a little more prior to purchasing, but time was of the essence.
This works great for the transient worker, but for the more stationary office environment, this presents a little problem. Nothing a bookshelf or filing cabinet can't fix. Other than that, I would have given them 5 stars.
