Rated 4.2 out of 5by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5by Awesome... so glad I decided on this one. Easy to setup.... we have 2 desktops, a laptop, 4 smartphones, a printer and a game system connected to this and it works amazing !!! February 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5by Best Purchase After having countless problems with modems from Comcast, they finally recommended this particular modem. It was so EASY to install and in just minutes, I am getting better connection speeds, trouble shooting with Comcast rather it be for my cable, internet, or wifi service is even easier than using the Comcast equipment. And the best part is now I don't have to pay Comcast for renting a modem. I wish Comcast would have made the recommendation sooner, it would have saved on several tech visits to my home from Comcast and I would have solved the issues I was having in my house so much faster. Rated 2 out of 5by 3 mo. of problems This modem caused many problems. It would cut wifi in and out. Took 3 months back and forth w/ Directv, Twc ,and Vonage to find modem was cutting in and out. March 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by Love having a combo router/modem I decided it was time to look for a combination modem/router since I had a Linksys set up that was about 6 years old. Glad I made the move. I did have to contact TWC to see what would be compatible and I was really surprised when the rep gave me three models to choose from but strongly suggested this model - even as opposed to renting one of theirs. Perfect for our whole house. We keep it upstairs (second floor) and have no signal problems even in the basement. We run 4 laptops, Netflix on two TV's and at least two phones but sometime as many as four. no noticeable difference in running one wireless device or ten. Only issue has been with TWC signal dropping but that is not the fault of the SBG6580. August 21, 2013
