Reclines easily & looks good
I purchased the chair today on sale. Here are my impressions. The box it came in is quite large. Not too heavy but when it came to carrying the box down one flight of stairs I used a rope and sat down at the top of the stairs and slid it down. No problem. I'm near 70 years young.. I personally had problem torqueing the bolts because of arthritis in my hands. Pay attention to the tag that labels the front or back of the chair. With respect to the tension knob I had to turn it fully each way a few times to get the chair to recline easily. I believe the instruction is wrong and the knob has to be turned counter-clockwise to loosen the tension. Hope this helps someone.

Solid Choice
I purchased this chair after trying several different models from the same manufacturer. The construction is solid for moderate office use. This chair is an upgrade from an unrelated leather chair (less than half the price) which had plastic armrests and less-than-ergonomic design. This chair works well for its intended use, though I will restate should not be used (for example) as a moving dolly (yes, I have been in enough offices to know how people use something with wheels). Over the years, I have been happy with different office furniture purchases from Office Depot: but I always recommend people to visit a physical store and see what you are buying so there will be no missed expectations. I tried several other chairs from Realspace that I would have purchased too, but this one fit my needs the best.

Not for Tall Men
Although this chair looks great and has good cushioning, it is not for tall men (6'3"). The seat is short and it doesn't raise very high. the tension is also too great so it's difficult to lean back. I'm returning to the store.

No complaints
Chair was exactly as pictured. Excellent quality especially at a sale price. Should last years. Looks like leather, but just a fancy name for vinyl. Easy to assemble.
