So far works fine Had this 2 weeks. Was squeaking at first but stopped. Only use occasionaly so it is fine for me. Dont think I need to buy the $3 a month ink supply mailing supply offer. December 15, 2014
Great Photos I really like the printer, but it comes up after each print job and says "do you want to product update?' It is very annoying having to put NO everytime you print on it!! Sure wish it would not ask this every time you use the printer!! I can brag on the quality of the Photos!! I have made several pictures of my grandchild, and they look great!! Print copies look great also! I have not figured out yet how to Cancel a print job once it starts. Please respond by email & let me know where to find the Cancel button. Also let me know how to stop the product update question after every time I use it???? Thanks for a reply! December 1, 2014
Works like a charm Easy to use and perfect for condo living, November 27, 2014
Power button does not work... Out of the box the power button doesn't function (neither ON or OFF)... It use to turn on when I plugged in the power cord, but after troubleshooting the problem with HP's chat, it's totally dead now. They asked me to do a "semi-full reset" and now it's totally broken. At least before all the functions worked except for the power button. HP is sending me a replacement under warranty. Got my fingers crossed... Best of luck for anyone purchasing this model. Answer:?
No you cannot. The printer and the mobile device you are printing on must be connected to the same network. For example if you were in a house with wi-fi and both your printer and phone were synced to that wi-fi.

Answer:?
I would advise against using cardstock on any desktop printer. I used to work for Xerox and can tell you that if you want to print on card stock you should print on a machine with "a straight print path." This means a machine where the paper goes directly through the machine and does not "curl up" like in a desktop printer. Desktop printers require that the paper bend while on it's path through the printer, therefore thicker the paper, the more likely the printer will jam. HOWEVER, since this printer can print photos (usually heavier stock), it may be ok, but I wouldn't do it too often.
