Realspace Executive Desk, 30H x 64W x 23 3/4D, Dark Walnut
This Desk Is Well Made
I got this desk for a steal of a deal! There are desks quite similar that retail for about $1400. So I snapped this up on sight! It was the last one so I got the floor model. So no assembly required! I can't wait to set it up in my new office. It is heavy, it is also all wood! This will last! Beautiful walnut finish!

Very Nice Desk
Beautiful desk. Glad I purchased it. But I have a couple of warnings. First, we were supposed to have received four legs labeled B, C, D, and E. Legs B and C have the built-in notches in which you hide the cord, so those legs are to be mounted on the back of the desk. However, we got three notched legs (two B legs), one of which is now mounted on the front of the desk--which works fine, but the notch is visible. Second, threading the cord though the back of the desk is next to impossible. You can't see what you're doing, and it's really difficult and frustrating to get the big fat plug to make a 90-degree turn though a tiny hole you can only fit one finger into. It took us 15 minutes to assemble the desk and 90 minutes to get the cord pulled through the correct side of the desk (the side nearest our outlet).

Solid alternative to similar, more expensive desks
I purchased this desk about three weeks ago and have been entirely satisfied with it. The construction of the desk is excellent, and the dark walnut finish looks great in my home office. The drawer slides work smoothly, and are easy to remove in order to route cords.
The few cons I have are so minor that I hesitate to call them "cons," but they exist nonetheless. For one, the drawers are much shallower than they appear in the picture. This is not a problem for me, but may be for you if you intend to store anything thicker than 2" in them.
My biggest gripe are some inexplicable little shelf pieces that are in the cable well on the back of the desk. They don't seem to serve any purpose, but they make cable routing very difficult. I finally just removed them. Some of the round holes for cables are smaller than they should be, and won't allow VGA display cables to pass through. Just another reason to go HDMI, I guess.
Despite these minor gripes, I am very satisfied with this product.

Stylish modern desk
I was searching for the right desk for my office for quite some time! I had settled on the "woodland writing desk II" by Jesper that retails for around $1300, but it had been backordered for months. So, I happened upon this desk while searching the interwebs. This is basically the same desk as the Jesper. It is all-hardwood and has the same drawer configuration, legs and overall look. The craftsmanship is not quite as good as the american-made alternative, but at half the price, I find this to be an acceptable compromise. There is a slight defect in the sanding work on the middle drawer (barely noticeable), but other than that it is pretty much perfect. Easy to assemble and very well packaged.
