You Will Not Like This Binder This binder is very well made however, the red tab used to lock the rings of the binder sit too close to the bottom third ring - therefore, when you are looking at documents in the binder, the bottom of the page rubs up against the red tab and makes it impossible to turn the pages. I thought about adjusting the holes in the documents, going into the binder, but then the pages stick out on top of the binder. Too bad because this product is made really well. May 15, 2013
