Office Depot? Brand Interlocking Desk Tray, Legal Size, Black
This item is ridiculously cheaply made considering the cost, do not buy this item. The rubber feet do not fit properly and they broke the first day we tried to put them together.

Stackable and Collapsible - Bad News
Once the trays were assembled and a few pages were filed away, the rubber feet that held the trays to one another began to buckle. Slowly but surely, each tray lost at least one foot, leaving me with a gimp tower of trays. The rubber connectors are cheap and break easily, and cannot be replaced, leaving the consumer with a broken pile of non-usable parts.

These trays are my favorite! They do stack, if you know how to assemble the legs to one another. You have to turn the rubber legs down, like an upside down letter J, to attach them to one another. Once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy. I am ordering more because I prefer these to the plastic trays. You can even label a little tab included with the tray to better organize your papers. And you can stack them pretty high and they don't loose strength.
