Rated 5 out of 5?by chaotickristi UHU worth the cost
I am no longer livinf where I can buy UHU off the shelf so I tried a different brand (Elmer's CraftBond extra strength) and am incredibly disappointed in it and also in Office Depot for no longer carrying UHU in store. I make handmade artistic creating cards for sale in a retail outlet and have found that no other glue has the staying power that UHU has. the Elmer's glue is already allowing my card front to separate from the card base in less than 15 minutes...UHU holds for months while cards are in rack or waiting to be placed in rack for sale.

Rated 5 out of 5?by Kteach best glue stick
I have been teaching kindergarten for many years and have never found a better glue stick for little ones. Not only does the glue stick work well and is not so messy, but the actual glue stick LASTS a long time. We do a LOT of cutting and pasting in class, sometimes a couple of times each day. The children can manipulate them fairly easily (although some need help getting the cap screwed on correctly until they get adjusted to how they work) and the glue sticks do not dry out nor fall apart with regular use. I have tried other brands and always return to UHU. They have been harder to find in stores lately, so I am happy to be able to order them through Office Depot. They may be a bit more expensive than other brands, but are definitely worth every penny. My students use the 1.41 oz size and it lasts them throughout a whole semester of school and sometime into the 3rd quarter. With other brands (and smaller sizes), I had to give everyone a new glue stick each month! Most were dried out or fallen apart by then. UHU brand is very good. I highly recommend them.
