Just bought..put togeather..and really like..
It is what it is, and you pay for what you get, with that said, for the price,it is pretty comfy, (it could use a little more cush in the cushion). I sit almost 7 hours per day at my office job, and this is much more comfortable and nice looking compared to what I've been sitting on for the past 5 1/2 years.
I'm the office Manager, and my desk is the first thing people see when they walk in the door, so I think this chair is a wonderful addition to our entrance. I'm a 53 year young female, the only reason I put this is to let others, male/females, who aren't exactly mechanically adept, that it only took me about 1/2 hour to assemble. One reviewer wrote it took him a while to figure out which arm rest was the left or the right, well, they have either a "L" or "R" on arm rest, so, no brainer.
It is stiff, I was hopping it would tilt back a lot more, but on the other hand, I'm not at work to take naps am I.
I love the gas lift
I'm hoping this chair will last me a long time, one of the selling points for me was from another reviewer who wrote they had broken their tail bone a few years ago and that this chair was well badded, I broke mine years ago, and sitting for long times can be a bit painful.
I should also say, I'm only 5'4' and if I sit all the way to the back of this chair I'd have to lower the chair to low for my feet to hit the floor flat, then I'd be to low to comfortably type on my keyboard...but I usually sit up with a straight back while ty

Super quality, very comfortable
I'm very particular and give this chair high marks in all aspects, including asthetics, comfort, and quality.
While it does tilt relatively easily when adjusted all the way towards easy-tilt, for my tastes, it could stand even a little more ease. I like mine so easy that when you first adjust it, it scares you when you tilt back for it moves so effortlessly and quick, you thnk you're going to fall backward. Again, that's just me, most people probably don't want that and will think this is perfect.
One advice to mfr would be to make instructions more clear about which arm is left and right ... took me a few minutes to really figure that out, and I still wasn't 100% certain until I completed all of the steps. Other than that momentary hesitation, it was a breeze to put together, all in probably only 20 minutes, even with that little bump in the road.

Very comfortable chair
Trying out several chairs in store, I decided that this was the most comfortable. It has not let me down so far. Assembly was as easy as any other chair I've had.
