  • The SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive can be accessed via 2 methods

    Method 1: File Explorer

SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive can be accessed through your mobile device's file explorer. The file explorer can be found in the apps folder of your android device. If you your device does not have a file explorer we recommend Method 2.

Method 2: SanDisk Memory Zone Application

Memory Zone is a free application available from the Google Play store and is optimized for use with the SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive. Once installed the memory zone application can be accessed from the apps folder of your Android device.

NOTE: If you are transferring large amounts of data we recommend that you first fully charge your mobile device or connect to its external power source to avoid any interruption in data transfer due to power loss.

  • Why is my Dual USB Drive not being recognized by my Mobile Device?
  • SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive is designed to be compatible with USB-On-The-Go enabled Android devices. Please verify your mobile device is compatible with Dual USB Drive and you have properly connected the drive to your mobile device.

64GB Dual USB Drives come preformatted in exFat file system and certain mobile devices do not support exFat. In this case please format the drive in Fat32 file system.

Please insure the dual drive is fully inserted into the microUSB port on your mobile device.

Some mobile devices may disable power to the SanDisk Dual USB drive when the device's battery reaches a critically low level. This may cause the Dual USB Drive to no longer be recognized until the battery is charged and the device is power cycled.

Note: Some mobile device protective cases interfere with the full and proper connection between SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive and the microUSB port of mobile devices. You may have to remove the protective case on your mobile device to obtain a full and proper connection.
