These are very easy to use, and you don't have to find a laminator to have items encased in plastic. It works great.

With this many bad reviews, I'm curious how many were contacted by a representative? Even their reply needs correcting. (your)
I have used the laminating sheets for the machine and I have used the 'self laminating' which cover both sides....I accidently purchased these not knowing I would have to 'line up' a second sheet.

Rated 1 out of 5by Kayaker Fellow Brand better than GBC
I've been using 9x12 self-seal laminating sheets for a couple of years to laminate navigation charts for kayaking. To date, I've been using the 3mil version from Fellows. This time, I bought the Swingline GBC brand for about the same price. What I discovered is that the GBC brand is a little narrower and more flimsy - meaning that if the Fellows brand was a true 3mil, then the GBC brand felt like it was 1.5 or 2mil. Plus, the fact that the GBC sheets are narrower means that you have to be MUCH more careful when you're lining them up (because you don't get a second chance). So, in hindsight, I wish I had stuck with the Fellows brand.

Rated 1 out of 5by BusinessUser Directions don't match the picture!
It's rare that I feel misled/deceived by an office supply. I'm glad I tried a test document before ruining an irreplaceable project. It would have been a disaster!
The image in the front shows a crisp and clear laminated document, with clear space around the edges. One would think it's pretty easy to replicate that using the product. Even the directions make the product appear to be a pouch that you place your item in. It's unfortunate that I've already opened it and probably can't return it. I'll be back to the store in the morning to find a competing product. I'm rather disappointed in an iconic brand that I always trusted.
