poor I own one for almost a year. It was repaired 4 time the Xerox decided to replace it with a refurbished printer after 4 months. The replacement has been repaired twice so far in about an additional 5 months. I contacted Xerox tech before I purchased this printer and asked if the print was opaque. I asked "if I print a yellow word on a transparency and held it up to the light would you be able to see through the word, like an inkjet printer?" The tech's reply was "no you will not see through the yellow it is opaque wax". Well the answer I received was incorrect. So much for Xerox tech support. Now I took on a job for a customer which required laminating. To my surprise after laminating the pages the colors changed. The reds became light orange, all the colors became two shades lighter. I use the printer for this job do to the bright colors. It backed fired. I had to refund the monies to the customer. If you printing on white paper I guess it fine. When this printer is out of warranty and it malfunctions again I'll use it for a paper weight. August 30, 2013

junk upgraded from 8560 big mistake ink rubs off and disconnects from network all the time as I said junk July 10, 2013

Better The Second Time Around The ColorQube 8570 is the second printer I bought from Xerox, the first was an 8560. I soon discovered the 8570 to be much quieter and it does not use as much ink on standby. Also, the software is much improved which makes the printer much easier to use. I bought the 8560 to be used in a small business and bought the 8570 two years ago when the business was sold. Though the Xerox representative was reluctant to sell a ColorCube to an individual making fewer copies a month, it was the right choice for me. By the way, look at the new service contract, it seems too good to be true, but I believe that it is. May 23, 2013
