Rubbermaid? Roller Sponge Mop
3rd one and I will NOT buy another
I am a cleaning professional and have used this mop in my business. When I used the first one of these mops, I was impressed with the non-steaking cleaning job it did and appreciated that it telescoped so it didn't take up as much room in the back of my car. The second one that I purchased did not seem to want to hold its position when fully telescoped after a fair amount of use. While cleaning out of town, I purchased another one. From the first time I used it, it has NEVER held its fully extended position. I cannot return it to the store where I purchased it, and am completely disappointed in the product.

Worst mop ever
I bought this mop and was extremely disappointed after getting it. First of all, the mop head comes wrapped in plastic that I could not get off. I damaged my first mop head trying to get it out. There are no instructions how to replace head to begin with and the adjustable handle keeps collapsing while I mop. Hate it

waste of money and time
I bought the Rubbermaid Roller G780 Mop a few months ago for my cleaning person. She said it was hard to clean with, but continued to use it since my other mop was really bad. Well, the sponge came out of the track on one end. We tried to fix it but gave up. I went back to Target and bought a replacement sponge. I installed that sponge (was not easy since holes for the screws didn't line correctly with the mop. I finally forced it to fit. We used the mop a couple more times, and today, again, the new sponge slipped out of the left track and is unusable. I am very disappointed with this product. What has happened to Rubbermaid...the name used to mean quality...not any more. Janis H.

Could be Perfect
Bought this mop over a year ago. The grooves on the mop head really do pick up and retain little tidbits that the vacuum misses, and then you just rinse it under the faucet and they flow away. Unfortunately, the "squeezer" doesn't wring out the mop sufficiently, so I'm reduced to hand-squeezing it after every rinse. Also, the telescoping handle doesn't stay locked in place. If Rubbermaid would fix these two problems, as well as narrow up the mop head just a bit so it would fit into a standard bucket, it would be perfect.
