Rubbermaid Roller Sponge Mop
Cleans well but longevity poor---
A poor design with regards to the mop head; once it begins to come off the track there is no way re-install. We purchased approximately 6 months ago, and use it only for a small area in the kitchen and bathroom. Also realized that the head is slightly bigger than the standard bucket, so it's awkward to submerge. Disappointing as it is not up to par with other Rubbermaid products that we have purchased in the past.

The Head Lasted Only One Session
It's hard enough to find a sponge mop in Costa Rica. This mop was expensive here and it only lasted one session before the head tore. Getting a replacement here is virtually impossible.

The head fell apart after mopping a small kitchen
I purchased the mop about four weeks ago. It looked great in the store and appeared like a durable, long lasting product like many other Rubbermaid products we have used. The mop has an 11 inch head which does not appear on this web site.
The worst part is that the mop head is already ripping off and is unusable! I paid well over $20 for this mop that lasted about a month. It was used to mop a small kitchen floor about 8 times before the head fell apart. This is an unacceptable product and I would really like a refund or a new, improved head that will last for a year or more for my limited us of mopping a small kitchen twice a week.

Have had this mop for two weeks. Bought it because it looked like you could get a good scrubbing action cause of the shape of the handle. Did not like waiting over a minute before being able to wring it out. The lever to wring it is so low that I found it hard to use. The worse part is that the mop head is already ripping off and unusable!!!! I would really like a refund. I paid almost 24.00 at our local hardware store.
