Great for the most part I like this better than anything with foam. It is clean and doesn't over-moisten the envelope and there is nothing to replace due to wear. It's a plus we can use water (distilled) instead of sealing solution. If it's not used for a few days the ball tends to dry out on the exposed surface and stick. It does have to be cleaned and de-gummed a few times a year to maintain. October 6, 2014
TERRIBLE PRODUCT I am sorry I bought this product. It wets the envelope so much that water runs all over the envelope and still won't seal because its too wet and If you don't have enough water the Ball won't roll so you have to put more water to get the ball to roll, but then your envelope is soaked. Aqua Ball, not so good We have been using the aqua ball for a while and are not very impressed with the performance of this product. It is either too wet or too dry and it is awkward to use. June 14, 2011
Not Very Good I have a very old ceramic moistener that is great. I purchased this hoping it would be good so I could take mine home to use there. The ball doesn't float or turn easily, if you put any pressure on it, it doesn't turn at all. so if you are lucky half the envelope got moistened and you only have a little water on your hands and desk. Not a good buy. If I could find a ceramic one like my old one, I would purchase it. September 2, 2010
