Generally speaking, these labels work OK. The paper comes through a laser printer a little "wavy" - no big deal, but what I found more difficult to work with was:
1. There is no perf between the labels, so you're always dealing with the full sheet after you've used the first label.
2. The split in the backing sheet is off to one side instead of down the middle as others do. If you need to trim the label for smaller packages, you might end up without having an easy way to separate the sticky side from the backing. Otherwise, they seem to work OK.

I thought I would try the Office Depot brand of labels since it was cheaper than the well-known brand. I found the paper to be too thin, and the labels were practically see-through. I am glad I only bought the small package. When it is gone I will return to the well-known brand.

Why would you put a separate strip on the back so you can/t print one label, use it and use the other label the next day?

I agree with other reviewers that the split backing is more annoying than helpful. It is supposed to make it easier to remove the labels from the backing since there isn't any border, but it really isn't necessary. I am still able to feed the used end through my printer without jams most of the time. The labels stick just well enough to my boxes that I don't need tape, but they certainly don't stick great! I think you could probably remove a label cleanly from a piece of copy paper without tearing the copy paper, so the adhesion is minimal!! I wouldn't buy these again, but I used up the entire pack without too much frustration or inconvenience. They are too expensive for the quality. I found better "generic" labels elsewhere for half the price.
