Rated 4.5 out of 5by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5by Fiskars is Simply The Best! We have been using a pair of the Office Depot brand dual-handed office scissors here at the office. They work fine, but the recycled handle of the Fiskars drew me in when recently ordering another pair. Boy am I glad it did! These Fiskars glide through paper and easily open and close. I though the Office Depot pair was pretty good, but they are worthless compared to this Fiskars pair. There is no comparison between Fiskars and other brands. Do yourself a favor - spend a little more for a truly high quality product. You will not regret it! May 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by A decent pair of scissors For the money and having recycled components, I figured I'd try them. The reviews were decent, so I figured it wasn't much of a risk. They're a great pair of "cheap scissors". I'm not knocking them at all; I'm just used to very expensive scissors used for cutting hair and fabric. These are not those. For general, use-around-the-office scissors, though, they're great. October 7, 2011

Answer:
Probably not. But, the time I would spend looking for an American made pair (and gasoline) just isn't that big of an argument for me. I prefer and American made anything, but, for the price of a pair of Scissors, I'm sorry,
I'm not going to run all over town. I'd spend more money for gasoline than I would for the Scissors
