Good for the price
Good for the price.. But the touch is not that useful for me as I'll be using it for development purpose. Good to have touch screen for quick access.

Would be perfect if the Touch Screen didn't freeze
I was hesitant about buying a touch screen, but, after seeing one and trying it out, I was convinced it was the way to go.
After much research I decided to go with the Dell i15RMT-5099sLV. Upon first glace and set-up, it was awesome!
-I had one of my more technologically savvy friends install Office on it for me. Install went fine, but running the Windows updates proved to be a little difficult. After two hour, several tries, and many restarts, it appeared that all updates were finally complete. (It should NEVER have taken that long or been that labor intensive.)
-My only other complaint (which is rather concerning) is that my touch screen has frozen up 3-4 times in the less than 2 weeks that I've had the laptop. It's rather frustrating considering I'm sold on the touch screen aspect and use it all the time. When it freezes, I can still use the touch pad and mouse, just not the touch screen. After a few minutes of waiting I finally re-start the computer and voila! Back in business. It's very annoying because I'm always in the middle of something when this happens. This is my BIGGEST CONCERN to date. If it happens another time or two, I'll be contacting Dell or Office Depot for sure.
Now for the GOOD STUFF:
-The battery life is awesome! I have streamed Netflix and watched it on my TV for hours on end without my laptop being plugged in.
-It is very easy to use, even if you don't know Windows 8. I hadn't used 8 before but I picked up pretty quickly. I'm still learning new things daily, but, the desktop and Aps side are both pretty cool.
-Performance wise, I have no complaints. The computer is fast and has lots of room for storage (for my millions of pictures).
-It is the perfect size and weight. I had a 15.6" previously, but this one is noticeably smaller, thinner, and lighter. Two thumbs up!
