The drive I have has got a password protect on the drive. I set it up. Then sometime down to road I chose to use it as a boot drive. It wont boot from the drive (I believe because of the password protect). I cant figure out how to disable it or remove it. I tried wiping the drive, and reformatting. Still there. What now?

    Answer:
You can erase everything on it by doing a LOW LEVEL Format. Google the term "USB Low Level Format Tool" and you should find some Utilities that will work. Once the low level format is done, you MUST reformat the USB Drive with a regular format! I would set it to FAT32..... There are similar tools for SD & Micro SD cards out there.
