The Gateway M-6824 notebook offers powerful dual-core performance, advanced graphics and the latest digital media features, for entertainment and intense gaming. It features a 15.4" widescreen display and Intel Centrino Duo mobile technology, with the Intel Core Duo 2 processor and multiformat wireless capability. It also has an enormous 3GB memory and a generous 250GB hard drive.

An HDMI output port allows you to view high-definition (HD) content on an external LCD or big-screen television, for theater-quality HD movies at home (HDMI cable sold separately). Enhanced gaming and high-definition images are provided by ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 2400 XT high-performance graphics with 128MB of dedicated memory (up to 892MB total available Hypermemory™).

The multiformat 8x DVD drive lets you burn and play DVDs and CDs, including DVD-RAM and DVD±R Double Layer, with 8.5GB capacity per disc. The drive supports direct-to-disc labeling on Labelflash™ media (sold separately).
