SmartDisk® FotoChute™ FCD20 20GB USB 2.0 Portable Storage Device

Saving and storing digital photos using the pocket-sized FotoChute is convenient, portable and safe. Weighing only 5.3 oz., FotoChute connects directly to your camera and, with 1 touch, copies and stores photos, allowing reuse of a flash memory card. FotoChute also connects directly to a computer to offload photos, for sharing with family and friends. The 1" LCD screen allows confirmation of storage, plus easy selective file transfer to other USB devices.

FotoChute is a high-speed USB device that can act as a host or accessory device (slave). When connected to a digital camera, FotoChute is the host, in charge of the current activity. When connected to a PC, FotoChute acts as an accessory device (slave) to the computer. It can also be used to transport data files, such as between office and home. The 20GB drive can hold over 20,000 photos of 800KB each.

Package includes an AC adapter, internal lithium-ion battery and carrying case. FotoChute is USB bus-powered, requiring no additional power source when used with most computers.
