How can I get free delivery?
Easy. Just place an order of $50 or more with OfficeDepot.com, and if you're in one of our many local trading areas, then your delivery will be FREE! This applies to orders placed before 5:00 p.m. local time, and to addresses located within our local trading areas. Visit www.officedepot.com/links/delivery for delivery information to determine local delivery areas. Special orders are not available in Alaska or Hawaii. We reserve the right to determine the delivery method used to fulfill your order. There are a few items that are not available for next day delivery, but you'll find most of those items you need can be delivered the very next business day*. Some Restrictions Apply:
What if an order is under $50?
Deliveries for orders under $50, or deliveries outside of our local delivery areas will be assessed a charge based on the total weight of the order. Minimum charge is $9.95 for up to 10 lbs. If ordering through www.officedepot.com, delivery fees will be determined prior to final checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Custom delivery fees may be added for custom items. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
To see whether your address is in a local trading area, look at your shopping cart total (upper right-hand side of the homepage), if your order is over $50 and you are in a local trading area, a 'Free Delivery' notice will appear in the Shopping Cart. If there is an amount listed after "delivery" in your shopping cart, then your address is outside of our local trading area and you will incur the delivery charges shown*.
Is my zip code within a local delivery area?
To find out if your item can be delivered next business day, check to see if a 3 Day Delivery icon is displayed for that particular item. When applicable, this icon is displayed under the product description on the item page. If you see this icon, then the item is not available for next-day delivery, and will arrive within 3 business days*.
What if an item(s)weighs more then 70lbs?
A delivery charge of $24.99 is required for oversized items or those products weighing more than 70lbs. For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, there is a required $39.99 delivery fee. This charge is per order, regardless of how many products are ordered or deliveries take place. Actual delivery prices will be provided at point of sale and may be reviewed by the customer prior to submitting the order.

What does the In-Store Pick Up program involve?
In-Store Pick Up services are available in all stores. When you place your order via 1-800-GO-DEPOT or www.officedepot.com, mention or list that you would like to pick up your order at a store location near you and your order will be available for pick up in approximately 2 hours. Please note that not all items featured in our catalogs or on our Web site are available in stores and may not be available for In-Store Pick Up.
