Monica Luechtefeld
Executive Vice President, E-Commerce and Direct Marketing

Monica Luechtefeld is Office Depot's Executive Vice President of E-Commerce and Direct Marketing. In her role, Luechtefeld oversees our global E-Commerce strategies and is responsible for Direct Marketing in the Office Depot North American Business Solutions Division, including Advertising, Creative Production, Creative Services, Circulation & Analytics and Online Marketing. She also leverages her numerous relationships with women's organizations to expand our marketing efforts towards women business owners.

Luechtefeld has been with Office Depot for 16 years. She was Vice President, Sales, at the Eastman Company when we acquired it in 1993. After joining our Company, she progressed steadily through the organization from Vice President, Marketing and Sales Administration, to Senior Vice President, E-Commerce, to Executive Vice President, E-Commerce, to Executive Vice President, IT & Business Development, and Executive Vice President, IT & Supply Chain.

Luechtefeld is committed to lending her expertise to the office supply industry as well the community in which she lives and works. She serves on the Department of Homeland Security's Private Sector Senior Advisory Committee. She is a member of Florida International University's Business Advisory Board, and a trustee of Mount St. Mary's College.

Daisy Vanderlinde
Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Daisy Vanderlinde was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources in November 2005. In this role, Daisy leads the Company's efforts to attract, develop, engage, reward, and align talent in support of the business units' pursuit of operating success.

Prior to joining Office Depot, Daisy was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Loss Prevention, for auto parts retailer AutoZone. She was responsible for the strategic leadership of the Human Resources function, facilities support, shrink and safety objectives, and was a member of the Executive Committee. While at AutoZone, Daisy led organization-wide change initiatives, corporate vision, values and strategic planning process.

Daisy has also served as a senior HR officer for other retailers, including Tractor Supply Company, Marshalls Inc., and The Broadway Stores.

She holds a B.A. degree from Ohio State University.

Elisa D. Garcia C.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Elisa joined Office Depot in 2007. She has global responsibility for all legal, investor relations and government relations matters. In addition, Elisa is responsible for global compliance, comprised of loss prevention, risk management and internal audit.

Elisa is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law in New York (1985), and also received a joint BA/MS in Political Science and Management and Policy Sciences from W. Averell Harriman College, State University of New York at Stony Brook (1980). Her memberships include the American Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the National Hispanic Society of MBAs. Prior to joining Office Depot, Elisa served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Domino's Pizza, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to joining Domino's, Elisa served as Latin American Regional Counsel for Philip Morris International, and Corporate Counsel for GAF Corporation, one of the largest building products companies in North America. Elisa began her legal career with the New York firm of Willkie, Farr &Gallagher. Prior to becoming an attorney, Elisa was a developing country energy analyst.

Elisa served as President of the Michigan Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, as well as in several other officer positions. She was a member of the Board from 2000 to 2007. Elisa also served as a Board member for the ACC Michigan Foundation that awarded scholarships to law students interested in corporate legal career. Elisa also served on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce from 2005-2007. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
