Q. How do I check my Office Depot Gift Card balance?
A. Balance can be obtained by visiting www.officedepot.com/giftCardBalance.do and entering your card number and PIN or by calling our toll free number anytime: (877) 776-5056.

Q. How can I place my Gift Card order?

Q. Will I be charge sales tax or delivery charge for my Gift Card order?
A. There is no sales tax or delivery charge for Gift Card orders.

Q. I just placed an order for a Gift Card; what will my recipient receive?
A. Each card will be affixed to a carrier and arrive in an envelope. The carrier will feature an optional message that will appear in upper case (if entered/provided during the order) and the card value printed on it. Note that no punctuation or special characters were allowed.

Q. When will I receive my Gift Card?
A. Gift Card(s) will ship within 5 business days from the order date.

Q. Can I cancel/modify my Office Depot Gift Card order?
A. You may cancel/modify your Gift Card order until it is transmitted to the vendor or until 8:00pm Eastern time on the day the order was keyed. Please note that the order may transmit earlier than 8:00pm Eastern time on the day the order is keyed, so please make your selection carefully.

A. Sorry, Gift Card reload is not available online or by phone at this time. However, additional value may be added to the gift card at any of our Office Depot store locations. Please visit www.officedepot.com/storelocator/input.do to locate the store near you!

Q. Can I get a refund for the unused portion of my Gift Card?
A. Sorry, Office Depot Gift Card(s) are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

Q. I have lost/misplaced my Gift Card. Will Office Depot send a replacement?
A. Office Depot Gift Card(s) will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
