24/7 Remote Tech Services & Support can only be downloaded on computer with Windows 7/8/8.1/10 operating systems.

How do I get tech support when I need help?
You can chat with a technician using the chat box in the app you downloaded on your desktop when you enrolled. Or you can call U.S. based phone support at 1.888.315.5073. Select option 2 for tech support.

What is a CompTIA A+ certification?
CompTIA A+ certification provides technicians with the knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve core tech service and support challenges.

What types of tech problems are covered with a 24/7 Tech Services & Support subscriptions?

Does 24/7 Tech Services & Support subscriptions extend to any of my other devices?
Yes, with one subscription, we'll assist with ALL your personal Windows devices including your other computers and even your tablets.


1Annual PlanValid This service plan requires a 12-month commitment term, the "Initial Term". Annual subscriptions order charges are automatically billed to your method of payment. You will automatically be re-enrolled on an Annual basis at the end of the Initial Term and will continue being charged until you affirmatively cancel. Please see our Subscription Terms and Conditions. You may cancel within 30 days of the date you make a purchase without further obligation to Office Depot (the "Cancellation Period"), initial set-up and similar fees, if any, will not be refunded. Minimum requirements to install. Device must have at least 10MB free hard disk space and 256MB RAM. Supported OS systems: Windows 7 (at least SP2), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10. Device must be virus free at the time of purchase.

Please see our Subscription Terms & Conditions. Early termination fees apply as follows: You may cancel either plan within 30 days of the date you place an order without further obligation to Office Depot (the "Cancellation Period"). Initial set-up and similar fees, if any, will not be refunded. If you terminate your plan after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for payment of an early termination fee equal to 50% of the balance of the remaining monthly payments due for the Initial Term.
