If you are a first-time shopper with OfficeDepot.com and qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, please follow the instructions below to apply for sales tax exemption with Office Depot.
You may apply for sales tax exemption with Office Depot by executing the following steps:
- Please print out and complete the following tax exempt application and attach any applicable state specific documentation.

- * According to NM regulations, copies are not acceptable. Please mail the original nontaxable transaction certificate with the application.
