                Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money I bought this for use with our Yealink VOIP phone. It worked fine for about 6 months, then it completely stopped working. I would answer the phone, and people couldn't hear me until I wiggled it around. After much effort, I finally managed to remove it from the headset and the phone works fine again. Why can't anyone make a good phone cord detangler?
