Disappointed NC Notary
Bought this stamp a while ago, and it came as just a regular stamp. Nothing like the picture shows. No seal at all. Highly disappointed. Waste of money and time.

Notary Stamp
Not all notary stamps have seals included..It depends on the state you are qualified for! Usually it is a separate stamp for a seal. You do not need one to notarize documents either! I have been using this stamp about once a week for nearly a year and have not needed to refill the ink once. It definitely meets my expectations!

Not as expected - just a custom stamp - that's it
This was marketed as a notary stamp, which I would expect to include a round indicia or seal, based on the picture I saw.
