Pilot Metropolitan Rollerball Pen
I love these pens. This is the 4th one I have bought for gifts and for myself. The G2 is the smoothest writing refill I have found (I have used Parker rollerballs and Waterman for years). I travel by air a lot and other brands (and unfortunately fountain pens) get very messy at altitude. The Pilot always write smoothly, the ink dries quickly and the roller never clogs.

Terrific pen!
So, I just love the Pilot G2 pen and this is like a G2 but a little more sophisticated in appearance and hefty in weight. It's my new go-to pen. And for the price, come on, it's an absolute steal.

Great housing for G2 refills
I LOVE this pen. With the cap on, the balance feels great and has a solid feel about it. With the G2 refills, writing with this pen is heavenly. My only gripe is the slightly uncomfortable groove where my fingers hold the pen. Otherwise, this is a perfect pen.
