Does the jobThis arm was very easy to assemble, the instructions are clear. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the laptop is not very secure in the seat. It just rests on the top, there is nothing that actually secures it in place.
We live Southern CA where we are having lots of little earthquakes and I feel like I need to use additional ties to hold it onto the stand. If we have any serious shaking or if you tilt it when moving the arm, I can see it sliding off of the seat. It would be improved by having a non-skid surface on the plate. Granted, it is easy to pick it up and go, as it should be with a laptop.
