It works, but when you remove it there is a horrible blue streak that it leaves on the wall that is almost impossible to get off. At least that was the case for me.

Science Mobile's Favorite Putty
Christina, a Metro- Boston teacher in the upper elementary classrooom for over two decades, has used this putty virtually every day. Since 2008, as a freelance educator, Mrs. Nic's Sci-Mobile has led workshops and Ed. Access(cable) videos of investigations about adhesives. In 2010," Duck Blue Poster Putty," outlasted Elmer's, Staples brand, and Scotch brand putty by:
---sticking identical LEGO constructions of 12 ounces vertically on same wall (only Duck blue stayed on painted wall entire weekend)
--- winning longest distance stretched (4 feet 2 inches) for 8-11 year-olds.
TIPS: 1) Apply small dabs in each corner and press on level surfaces;
2) Press directly over each point of contact; 3) Use to temp. affix. photos.
