Custom Notary Embossers provide a timeless Ink free way to notarize and authenticate legal documents, reports and contracts. These custom made presses consist of two plates that are etched with your personalized notary seal that when applied to paper emboss the image into the paper.
- Simple online ordering process- find your state, click on state approved template; personalize, upload your valid state notary certificate (.PDF or .TIFF) file and approve.
- Important, there are specific guidelines for each individual state so if your state does not appear in the drop down you will need to choose a different notary stamp or notary embosser.
- When customizing your Notary Embosser or Notary Stamp you will need to upload a copy of a valid notary certificate from your state.
- The sleek, modern, and ergonomic design allows for versatile use as a universal desk or pocket seal embosser.
- Features a 1-5/8" diameter laser-engraved Delrin die for precise impressions.
- Placement is roughly ¾” from the edge of the paper to the embossed design.
- Comes with a black vinyl storage pouch featuring a snap closure for secure storage.
- We recommend using 20lb. paper or lighter for best results.
